Can anyone help with strange reflection on car?

Hi Guys,
I just wondered if anyone has come across this before?
I've done a skin for a modded car which looks perfect in the showroom and even at the start of a lap but then a strange "orange peel" looking reflection appears on the car and ruins the look of the skin.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this???
